There is also to be a kitchen/servery.

EXETER Pound has revealed that the £E5 will feature two images from Exeter City football club.

A person has been trapped inside their car following a three-vehicle crash on a main road near Exeter this afternoon.
The accident took place at around 4pm on the A3052 Clyst St Mary to Newton Poppleford road near the Esso garage.
The fire service is currently attending the accident, while police and paramedics are on the way.
Crews were attempting to cut a person free from their vehicle.
